I specialize in toddlers, children, teens, young adults and families with an additional emphasis on parenting. I also have the unique experience of being a wife and parent to two children with Type 1 Diabetes and understand the challenges and emotions that come with the diagnosis. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience.
I utilize a strengths-based perspective and incorporate play therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques in my practice. I also have extensive training in infant mental health, trauma informed care, as well as accreditations in Child Parent Psychotherapy PCIT and Triple-P Positive Parenting Program.
