I see wellness as a lifelong commitment. Each of us is on the journey of a lifetime. It is a process that may be challenging. Counseling can make a difference and lead to rewarding change.

My background in numerous therapies including Depth Psychology, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Yoga, Body Awareness, EMDR, and the Enneagram will enhance the mind/body connection's role in healing.

My degree in Counseling Psychology was earned from Pacifica Graduate Institute with a focus on Depth Psychology. I am fascinated with the diversity and resiliency of the human experience and respect your unique goals and dreams. In our sessions I will want to hear about your personal journey and challenges. We will utilize analytical tools for self understanding and as maps for developing strengths.
