Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Kristen. I've been helping teens and young adults feel more supported, confident, and understood for over fifteen years. Whether you are managing anxiety, trauma, or just life in general, I am looking forward to helping you grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I use a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes emotional safety, trust, and understanding while recognizing how past experiences can impact current concerns. I enjoy helping clients work through challenges related to school, career stress, burnout, identity development, relationships, family dynamics, and feeling “stuck” or disconnected.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should feel approachable, authentic, and empowering. Some days that may include processing deeper emotions, and other days it may simply mean having a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. I am looking forward to working with you!
