Great to meet you!
I earned my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in 2017. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of ages and backgrounds, from young children as young as five years old through older adults and geriatric populations.
My clinical experience includes working with substance use and addiction, grief and loss, couples and family concerns, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and a variety of life challenges and transitions. These experiences have given me a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for the unique circumstances, strengths, and needs of each individual I work with.
My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them in reaching the goals that matter most to them. Whether they are navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, or simply seeking to better understand themselves, I am honored to walk alongside them. Ultimately, I hope to help my clients build confidence, recognize their own strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and cultivate a greater sense of self-worth and self-love.
