I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have spent the majority of my career in designated agencies working with adolescents and their families. I have done some private practice work with adults as well. I utilize CBT, DBT, MI, and Solution Focused therapy within my sessions to help clients achieve their goals. I enjoy coming up with creative solutions to issues and often use nature in my interventions.
