Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, and I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and stress. I use a variety of techniques based on individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, and more to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to the needs of each individual client I work with. I most frequently start from a strengths-based perspective, building on skills the client already possesses and expanding upon them to create change. Often, I focus on cognitive behavior therapy and on using coping skills to manage emotions and stress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, you can expect us to spend the majority of our time talking about what brought you to therapy and how you’ve been feeling recently. I’ll be asking questions about how you have been managing your situation thus far and what has worked well or not so well. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there. Each individual is different, and I like to listen first and work together to move forward.
