Great to meet you!

I hold a M.A. in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have extensive experience in working with clients who have experienced trauma: childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault, as well as specialize in working with LGBTQ youth and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I apply a person-centered approach – warm and empathetic – while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and holistic therapeutic techniques in order to help clients gain insight, relief, and self-empowerment.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in creating and fostering a safe space for collaborative exploration and growth. A space that is completely free of expectations or judgment. Through building our therapeutic alliance, we will work together to focus on and positively affect your current wellbeing by increasing both knowledge and application of skills which will assist in coping and resilience.
