Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps people navigate life transitions, addiction, and moments of uncertainty. I have 6 years of experience and work in both the inpatient and outpatient settings for mental health and addiction. I have found some of my most valuable work is done with adults 20-40.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct yet compassionate, blending evidence-based practices like DBT, with a grounded, facetious style that makes room for both honesty and humor. I work collaboratively with my clients to confront challenges, discover resilience, and move towards lasting growth. Life is hard, therapy doesn't have to be.

What you can expect from me

My goal is always to provide a safe, compassionate environment that can support my clients in developing coping skills they can confidently use in their day-to-day lives. Our first session will be focused on getting to know you, and identifying what your goals are for therapy. From there, it will feel like catching up with a friend who happens to know of some really cool coping skills that can help navigate the 'what now' moments and everything in-between.
