Great to meet you!

Since 2005, I have walked alongside individuals from all walks of life from early childhood education, adolescent special ed, adult prison re-entry, addiction rehab and most recently serving high functioning adults in private practice. It was my own personal difficulties and traumas experienced earlier in life that set me on this path of whole person wellness and personal recovery, as a result I've spent decades not just improving my own life but also helping others improve theirs as well, by offering skills, strengths, and strategies to reach their goals.

My approach to therapy

My professional approach is inspired by the self actualization teachings of Carl Rogers and the Stoicism infused REBT therapy developed by Dr. Albert Ellis. As a former personal trainer, holistic practitioner, and avid theologian, I strive to support my clients’ well-being on all levels—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to honor each individual’s unique journey, empowering them to reconnect with their inner wisdom and guidance developing a more balanced, fulfilling, and joyful life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I like to get to know you, establish rapport and elicit treatment goals to make sure we're a good fit. We cover therapeutic disclaimers, Telehealth limitations, and complete the biopsychosocial. As well as answering any questions you may have.
