Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with over 25-years of experience. I work with individuals to stabilize symptoms and improve mental health challenges that may be interfering with daily functioning and quality of life.

My clinical interests include treating anxiety disorders such as panic, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD, as well as depression, bipolar II and other mood spectrum conditions, PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), sleep difficulties and insomnia, and medication management.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and centered on each individual. I take time to understand your specific concerns and develop medication plans that feel both effective and manageable. The goal is to provide care that is personalized, practical, and supportive of your overall mental health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect clarity around diagnosis, straightforward discussion of treatment options, and a plan developed together based on their goals and needs. My aim is for each session to leave patients feeling informed, supported, and comfortable with the direction of their care.
