Great to meet you!

Education and Credentials: I hold a Master of Science Ed. from Purdue University, where I specialized in clinical mental health and addiction. I am also Certified in Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) as well as Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C). My academic background, combined with my extensive clinical experience, equips me to address a wide range of psychological and emotional concerns.

My approach to therapy

Approach to Therapy: My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered and integrative framework. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore your strengths and challenges, and collaboratively develop strategies to enhance your coping skills and overall well-being

What you can expect from me

I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. I understand that seeking help takes courage, and I honor your journey by providing a confidential and nurturing environment where you can feel empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions.

If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing, I am here to support you.
