Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kristen — a licensed mental health therapist. I began my work in mental health while living overseas, where connecting with people across different cultures taught me how universal our needs for belonging, purpose, and joy truly are. I walk alongside clients working through anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges, helping them feel more grounded and supported.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other integrative therapeutic approaches. Together, we'll look at the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that are shaping your experience. Throughout treatment, I'll help you build practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen the way you relate to yourself and others so you can move toward a more grounded and aligned life.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin our first session by inviting you to share what feels most important to you right now, whether that’s something you’re struggling with or a goal you’d like to work toward. I’ll also ask about your background, experiences, and how you’ve been coping, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I strive to create a space where you feel supported and truly heard. From there, we’ll work together to set goals and find ways to make meaningful progress that feel realistic and achievable for you.
