Great to meet you!

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a native of Newport News, Virginia. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy services to individuals across the state of Virginia. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Virginia State University, and I furthered my education by earning a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of my professional work, I have a zest for traveling and enjoy exploring new places.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy combines the power of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. These frameworks allow me to help clients navigate their challenges by addressing thought patterns, finding effective solutions, and fostering positive change. Guided by empathy, I’m committed to meeting clients where they are on their unique journeys, ensuring that we work collaboratively towards achieving their goals, including improving relationships.

What you can expect from me

From adults to children and every stage in between, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all walks of life, tailoring my approach to suit their distinct circumstances.
