You can be strong, capable, and still need support. Pushing through and pretending you have it all together? Worn out, anxious, healing from something heavy, or just trying to figure things out. Therapy isn’t about having it all together. It’s about getting support while you find your way.
Through real, down-to-earth chats, we’ll work on some solid tools and skills to help you live the kind of life you’re proud of. I specialize in struggling relationships, relationship abuse, high conflict divorce/CoParenting, first responders, navigating trauma, big life changes, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, personality disorders, parenting coordination, child custody/adoption evaluations, and more. My goal? To help you shift what’s not working for you in a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Fun Fact: When I'm not in the therapy office, I'll be out soaking up self-care like hiking, paddle-boarding with my Yorkie, exploring new places, creating flower arrangements, and keeping my houseplants (mostly) alive.
