I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers School of Social Work and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2007. I have almost 20 years of clinical experience in a wide variety of mental health and school settings. I specialize in women’s mental health, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, life transitions, body image, maternal mental health and fertility. I work with adults in NJ age 18+ through telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, tailored to each unique individual. I meet my clients where they are, and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. I incorporate techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, DBT and family systems theories.
