Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my profile! I tend to work well with people who: 1) want a space to “get it all out” and share openly with a third party, 2) learn more about their mind or emotions and how they work, 3) collaborate with someone to gain a fresh perspective, and 4) find solutions or gain tools to manage their issues that lead to the alleviation of distress.

My approach to therapy

I want to help you find healing and positive change through the exploration of how you think and feel, as well as the experiences that have shaped your view of the world. I will guide you in looking inward and gaining a greater understanding of who you are.

What you can expect from me

I know that finding the right therapist is no easy task. So I invite you to email me to set up a free 10-15 minute phone consultation so we can determine if we will be a good fit. I look forward to speaking with you!
