Great to meet you!

In 2024, I opened my practice, Compass Counseling Collective, because I wanted to create a space where the intersection between mental health and career felt understood. I have first-hand experience with being a career transitioner and doing the hard work of trying to connect with my values and purpose in the world of work. My speciality is helping clients navigate burnout through deep focus on values, exploration of connection between triggers and action, and understanding the mind-body connection through nervous system work. I use a blend of approaches, but my main orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, IFS, and Somatic Work.

My approach to therapy

I like to take an individualized approach to therapy and work collaboratively with clients to set the pace and goals. I am the type of clinician who is constantly researching new things in field, so clients can expect a fresh, up-to-date approach to navigating their challenges. Resources are my love language, I try to utilize humor when appropriate, and find so much joy in celebrating the wins with clients.

What you can expect from me

While the first session is focused on information gathering, my main priority is building trust and helping clients feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. I show up in a way that models authenticity while also staying focused on the client's goals and needs.
