Great to meet you!

I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for building a stable, fulfilling life. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest—and most courageous—steps, so kudos to you for taking it. I’ve been practicing for five years, with a focus on working with women 18 and older who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and grounded in genuine connection.

My approach to therapy

I am a therapist who will not claim to have all the answers to issues and concerns. I will, however, give support, validation, and challenge empathetically as I team up with clients to find insight and healing.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an initial session where you can share your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. It’s a space for us to get grounded and start shaping a path forward together. My priority is creating a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe to open up. From there, we’ll collaborate in each session to turn your goals into meaningful progress.
