Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are outwardly high-functioning, responsible, driven, and dependable, but inwardly overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, and self-pressure. Many of my clients are navigating perfectionism, burnout, or the emotional toll of always “keeping it together.” I bring a calm, grounded, and structured presence to therapy. I don’t just listen. I provide real tools and guidance to help you create meaningful change. I understand the exhaustion of doing it all, and I’m here to help you find relief that lasts.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends warmth with clarity. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation tools to help clients move from anxious autopilot to intentional living. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and skill-based, but always human. I also offer a structured 8-week program called Calm the Chaos, which guides clients through understanding their anxiety patterns, building coping tools, and reconnecting with their values. My goal is to make therapy feel both supportive and productive, so you walk away with insight and action.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling more grounded, clear, and empowered. Together, we’ll break down anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm into manageable pieces. You’ll gain tools you can actually use both in the moment and long-term. Clients often share that they feel truly understood in our work together and appreciate having a therapist who offers both empathy and direction. Whether you’re looking for a focused short-term program or ongoing support, I’m here to help you shift from surviving to steady, self-assured living.
