Great to meet you!

Much of my life has been about helping others discover how to connect with themselves and others in order to build a life centered around the kind of love that feels good. I was a barber for 10+ years and in that time, I learned that intimacy, trust, and safety help us understand ourselves and others. My therapeutic approach is centered around growth, self-examination, understanding our relationships and the role we play in them, and creating a life that feels authentic and intentional.

My approach to therapy

I check in with clients often about what is working for them, the impact of our work together, and how I can help them achieve their goals and reach deep insights. I describe the work I do as collaborative. My job is to help others unlock the strength, compassion, and wisdom that already resides inside them. My goal is to attune with my clients in a way that benefits who they are in the moment and where they ultimately want to go.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a brave step , and with that change and growth comes grief, uncertainty, fear, shame, relief, joy, happiness, connectedness, secure attachment, feeling loved, and so many other emotions. I want clients to leave feeling like they have done some work, and that they have felt supported and seen. My goal is for a client to leave therapy having witnessed themselves change into who they've always wanted to be and feeling capable of giving and receiving love in the way they want.
