Great to meet you!

I am a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Outside of my clinical work, I am an animal lover with three dogs and four cats who bring a lot of joy and big personalities to me and my family's home.

I enjoy beach vibes, watching the waves, listening to the sound of the ocean, and the calm it brings.

I am a passionate follower of college sports, and a lifelong fan of the Texas Longhorns — "Hook ’em Horns."

My approach to therapy

My commitment is to bring a calm, steady, and compassionate presence to my clients. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can speak openly, feel understood, and move at a pace that feels safe. My style of care blends medication management with supportive psychotherapy, always centered on each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal in our first session is simple: to make sure you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward.

  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, low‐pressure way. I’ll ask about what brought you here, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to work toward. There’s no need to prepare anything or have all the answers—just come as you are.
  • We’ll talk through your history, current concerns, and any symptoms you’ve been noticing. I’ll also ask about your strengths, supports, and what has helped you in the past.
  • This helps me understand the full picture so we can create a plan that feels right for you.
  • If medication might be helpful, we’ll discuss options together, including benefits, risks, and what to expect. If supportive psychotherapy is part of your care, we’ll begin exploring what you need most and how I can best support you.

Thank you for considering me as your provider. I’m here to offer a steady, supportive space as we move forward together.
