Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, big emotions, and life transitions.

I use a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, and mindfulness, tailoring each session to fit you. You can expect a warm, supportive, and down-to-earth approach where you feel safe to be yourself while also learning practical tools you can use in everyday life.

My philosophy is that real change happens through connection, understanding, and small, meaningful steps. I believe this is your space and your story—I’m here to walk beside you with honesty, compassion, and a little bit of humor along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate and personalized. I believe that trust and connection are the foundation for healing, and I work to create a space where you or your child feel safe, understood, and empowered. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and play therapy, integrating creativity, mindfulness, and expressive arts to meet each client where they are. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs—whether we’re building coping tools, processing emotions, or navigating relationships and life transitions. I honor each person’s story and believe meaningful change happens through curiosity, connection, and care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling supported, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and strengthen relationships—whether for a child, teen, or adult. I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and grow at their own pace. Over time, many clients experience greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s ups and downs. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—it’s collaborative, creative, and grounded in real-life strategies that make a lasting difference.
