Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your body. Asking for help isn't always easy, so just by being here, you've already taken an important step! I have experience working with teens and young adults aged 15-25 navigating anxiety, depression, and the challenges of adolescence and early adulthood.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space where you can explore, question, vent, laugh, and make sense of your experiences with someone in your corner. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I offer guidance and grounding when things feel overwhelming, always honoring your perspective and pacing growth in a natural, empowering way.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we'll figure out the best way to reach your goals. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly! From there, we'll work together to make meaningful change.
