Great to meet you!

Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or hopeless? Do you struggle with finishing small tasks, getting out of bed, or freeze and can't get anything done? I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Substance use, and personality disorders. I help those who suffer from painful emotions, dysregulating thoughts, and ineffective behaviors that often lead them to feel numb or avoid life.

My approach to therapy

For me the relationship we build in therapy is important. I use radical genuineness along with validation, and support while gently pushing for change.

The first step toward therapy is always the hardest step. I am here for you when you take that step. I build empathy through the power of understanding and being non-judgmental and accepting of meeting my client where they are at.

What you can expect from me

In therapy you will be able to manage emotions by using skills and have a toolbox that you can take with you in your life worth living. Although therapy might be hard, I am in the boat with you, and you don't have to row by yourself.

I am currently have trained in EMDR if you are interested.
