I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in medication management. I believe in helping clients understand their treatment options and medications so they can feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their mental health care.
My approach is collaborative, supportive and educational. I believe clients should understand their medications, including potential benefits, risks and what to expect from treatment. I take the time to listen to each person's concerns and preferences and work together to develop treatment plan that feels comfortable and realistic.
During your first session I will take the time to get to know you, understand what brings you to treatment, and explore your mental health history, current symptoms and treatment goals. We will identify what you would like to improve and create an individualized plan based on your needs and preferences. If medication is appropriate, we will discuss your options. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed and confident about your next steps.
