Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kristen and I have worked in the mental health field for 7 years. I received a BS in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University in 2016 and an MS in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to be warm and non-judgmental. I like to take a holistic view of the individual and how all the factors of life may be impacting them. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, eating disorders, and interpersonal relationship issues.

What you can expect from our first session

We will start with an introductory session to get to know you and what you hope to get out of therapy! My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where we can work together towards your goals.
