My name is Kristen Taylor and I hold an MSW from University of Alabama. I have been a clinical social worker since 2018 embracing social work ideals of empowerment, client autonomy, and strength-based approach through a holistic perspective meeting each client where they are to achieve their identified goals.

I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach to assist clients with achieving their goals to include CBT, DBT, talk therapy, etc.
