Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Marywood University and the University of Scranton. I have over 15 years experience as a therapist and my own lived experience that will allow us to move mountains together!

I approach my work with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique journey. My style is collaborative and grounded — I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, seeking clarity, or working through long-standing challenges, I tailor my approach to meet your goals, pace, and needs.

My strengths lie in helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with intention. I integrate evidence-based tools with a warm, down-to-earth presence, offering both structure and flexibility. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel supported, empowered, and genuinely seen.

If you’re looking for someone who will meet you where you are — with honesty, compassion, and practical support — I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

I tailor my work to fit each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic insight, and trauma-informed care. I see therapy as a partnership — you bring the expertise of your lived experience, and I bring tools, perspective, and compassionate guidance to help you navigate life’s challenges.

Whether we’re working on managing anxiety, healing from past wounds, improving relationships, or building self-understanding, I focus on creating a respectful, warm, and curious environment. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build new skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, emotional relief, and practical tools they can apply in daily life. You can expect to feel genuinely heard and supported, and to gain deeper insight into the patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may be impacting you.

Together, we’ll work to build emotional resilience, develop healthier ways of coping, and create space for growth and self-compassion. While some sessions may bring relief or breakthroughs, others might simply offer a safe place to reflect and process. Both are valuable steps in your healing and growth journey.

My goal is to help you not only understand yourself better, but also feel more equipped to face challenges with confidence and self-trust.
