Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an MA in counseling and art therapy from Ursuline College. I am also a PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I specialize in working with adult clients in BIPOC, neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities to explore the challenges that can often come with these identities. These challenges include navigating relationships and boundaries, identity questions, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self worth, and managing neurodivergent and chronic health needs. My ideal clients are those who are motivated for change, introspective, and open minded.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm and relaxed approach to therapy that is collaborative in nature. I believe each client is the expert in their own life, and I am here to provide support, guidance and education to help clients feel empowered to navigate life. My primary modality is ACT, and I approach therapy through a lens of advocacy and inclusion. I want clients to feel comfortable, heard and understood in the therapy space, and I encourage open and authentic dialogue and presence. Lastly, I work with clients on identifying actionable steps to complete outside of session that will move them closer to their goals. I have a gentle but honest approach to hold my clients accountable while encouraging growth through self-reflection.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a greater understanding of the therapy process and what to expect. In the first session we will discuss what challenges you are facing and what you would like to accomplish in therapy.
