Great to meet you!

My name is Kristen Withrow. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of clinical experience. I'm here to help support you, you and your child. I am deeply moved by the human capacity for change and the power of supportive, positive therapeutic relationships especially in working with adolescents and adults. My approach is trauma informed and human centered. I use tools like CBT and DBT. I am especially passionate about helping women find their voice and focusing on total wellness. Teaching adolescents to navigate this difficult world that often feels overwhelming.

When not working, I am traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my Frenchie, Wilson.

My approach to therapy

Strong focus on the relationship and teaching skills. I am also direct and challenge thinking and behavior in an empathic way.
