Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself while also feeling challenged to grow in meaningful ways. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I'll work alongside you to help you better understand your experiences and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

I value authenticity, honesty, and collaboration. I recognize that reaching out for therapy can be difficult, and I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable exploring both your challenges and your strengths. My focus is not only on helping you manage current symptoms but also on building resilience and confidence that extends beyond our sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. I tailor treatment to each individual's needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I frequently integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you. I believe therapy should provide both insight and actionable tools, so you'll leave sessions with strategies you can apply in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review relevant personal history, and identify the goals you'd like to achieve.

You can expect a relaxed, conversational environment where there is no pressure to have everything figured out. My priority is to understand your unique experiences and ensure you feel comfortable asking questions throughout the process. Before the session ends, we'll collaborate on a treatment plan and identify practical next steps so you leave with a clear direction and a sense of hope about the work ahead.
