Great to meet you!

Hi there — I’m Dr. Crane, a licensed psychologist who helps people navigate the messy, overwhelming, and sometimes hilarious parts of being human. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute, and I’m here to offer support, encouragement, and the occasional “aha” moment as you move through life’s ups and downs. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship dynamics, and those classic identity and life-transition moments.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy with me feels like a genuine conversation — supportive, down-to-earth, and maybe even a little funny when it needs to be. I take a collaborative approach, combining your lived experiences with evidence-based tools to help you untangle life’s messiness. I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support real, lasting change. If you're looking for a space that’s compassionate, empowering, and occasionally includes a good laugh, let’s connect.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions with me, you can expect a space that’s safe, supportive, and refreshingly real — where you can be yourself without judgment. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that actually help you move forward. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, a little more grounded, and equipped with practical strategies (and maybe even a new perspective or two). I’m here to help you navigate challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and find more ease in your day-to-day life.
