Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. I have a Masters of Art in Community Mental Health Counseling from Chadron Sate College (2012). I have experience providing treatment in hospital and outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore life's challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, mood disorders, life transitions, and personal growth challenges. Together, we will identify practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and foster resilience so you can navigate life with greater confidence and balance. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what goals and aspirations you have for your life. We will create a tailored treatment plan together with actionable steps you can take to start feeling better and living your life with meaning.
