Great to meet you!

I have been licensed as an LPC since 2017 and hold a license in Missouri and Colorado. I am passionate about guiding individuals to see their true potential and believing in themselves. My specialties include trauma, crisis management, substance use, depression, anxiety and mood disorders.

Taking the first step toward change can be difficult, and reaching out for support takes courage. I'm here to support, encourage, and empower you along the way.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and individualized. I strive to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Your counseling journey should be as unique as you are.

My approach draws from several evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, strengths, and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is always about what you need in the moment and talking about the goals you have for therapy.
