Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Kristi Myers, PMHNP

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Tallahassee, Florida, where I was born and raised. I have a BA in Finance and a BSN from Florida State University as well as an MSN from Wilkes University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After completing my baccalaureate nursing education at Florida State University, I was drawn to major medical centers, which led me to North Carolina—a place I had come to love during my summers there. In my professional journey, I had the privilege of working at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University Medical Center, gaining invaluable experience in high-level evidenced based patient care. Now, back in my hometown, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care to my community.

My approach to therapy

Welcome to my practice, I am a board-certified, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in working with college students and adults who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, and Bipolar Disorder to improve their lives.

I believe that true healing goes beyond prescriptions – it requires a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and lived experiences of each individual. I offer personalized treatment plans that include lab testing, medication management, natural supplements, nutritional counseling, and habit changes.

My goal is to help you achieve true wellness – because I believe that health is so much more than the absence of disease. It’s about feeling vibrant, energized, and deeply connected to your life’s purpose. I am here to walk alongside my clients, offering hope, guidance, and unwavering support every step of the way.

I am also a LGBTQ+ ally and offer supportive care to those who are struggling to navigate their gender and sexuality.

I also have a special interest in working with those who are serving in a caretaker role for a loved one, I know how challenging and distressing this experience can be; you deserve support as well.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to be a source of that hope for my clients, guiding them toward healing and a better quality of life. Here at Mosaic Lotus Integrative Psychiatric Services hope meets healing.

In my practice, I am deeply committed to integrative psychiatry, recognizing its holistic and comprehensive approach to mental health care. Beyond the conventional reliance on pharmaceutical medications, I emphasize a diverse range of interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs. By incorporating evidence-based complementary therapies—such as nutrition, mindfulness, lifestyle modifications, and mind-body practices—I strive to support my patients in achieving lasting well-being. My approach is rooted in the belief that mental health is best nurtured through a personalized, multidimensional strategy that considers biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors. Through this integrative lens, I aim to empower my patients with the tools and resources necessary for optimal mental wellness.
