Great to meet you!

You don’t have to do it all alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, motherhood, trauma, or burnout, I’m here to support you in finding your balance and rediscovering your strength. As a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care with a holistic approach. I blend medication management with supportive therapy and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

My approach to therapy

I provide care that is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing requires treating the whole person—not just the symptoms. My background as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner allows me to look at mental health through a broad lens, understanding how physical, emotional, hormonal, and environmental factors all intersect.

I approach every client as a partner in their care. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, work-life stress, trauma, anxiety, or mood changes, I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, nonjudgment, and practical strategies. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take the next step forward.

Care may include a mix of medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle guidance. I value honesty, flexibility, and tailoring treatment to your goals and real life—not a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe space where you are genuinely heard and supported—without judgment. Whether we’re managing medication, exploring coping strategies, or simply making space for you to breathe, each session is focused on progress that fits your life.

Clients walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of what’s driving their symptoms
  • A personalized treatment approach (not a cookie-cutter plan)
  • Tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or overwhelm
  • Support to show up as your best self—at home, at work, and for you
