Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with ten years of experience in working with couples and individuals who deal with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and family or relationship issues. My background in community mental health focused on helping clients with issues like bipolar and mood disorders, ADHD, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. I believe strongly that learning never ends. This natural curiosity has given me a deep pool to draw from.

My approach to therapy

When things are out of balance, life can leave you depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. I'm a great listener, but with that said, my approach to counseling is active and highly individualized. One size does NOT fit all. I'm trained in multiple modalities and I believe my eclectic approach can help you navigate your past, present, and future selves to find equilibrium. If you're a seeker, whatever the struggles you are facing that have led you to search for help, I'm glad you're reaching out!

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, person-centered, and compassionate. My goal is to help you heal, improve your relationships, and create balance by becoming more aware of your strengths. I'm looking forward to connecting with you. If this sounds like what you're looking for in a therapist, reach out to me today!
