Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience working in diverse settings, I support children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges connected to the past, present, and future. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, I am passionate about the transformative power of therapy and growth that can happen when clients feel safe, supported, and understood. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate difficult seasons, make meaningful changes, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, creative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I often incorporate creative play, expressive therapies, group work, and school counseling strategies to help clients communicate, process emotions, build coping skills, and develop executive functioning skills. I strive to create a safe space where clients can grow, heal, and feel understood. I work collaboratively with families, schools, and support systems when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply the beginning of building trust, identifying needs, and creating a plan that feels meaningful and supportive. It is my goal to help clients feel safe, seen, and heard. We will spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought the client in and explore their goals for therapy. For children and adolescents, I may include parents as part of the process so we can better understand how to support the client both in and outside of sessions.
