Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) and therapist with over five years of clinical experience supporting individuals navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in the Philosophy of Psychology.

My work focuses on helping adults build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and well-being. With a background in both psychology and health and wellness, I take a holistic approach to healing that considers the connection between the mind, body, and emotional experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on empowering clients to create meaningful change. I specialize in trauma-informed care and person-centered therapy, using evidence-based approaches to support anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery.

I integrate modalities such as Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing, taking a “bottom-up” approach that helps regulate the nervous system and address how trauma is held in the body. My goal is to help clients strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and reconnect with their capacity for healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and the goals you’d like to work toward.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin identifying helpful strategies and a path forward that supports your healing, growth, and long-term well-being.
