Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Kristie, I work with adults seeking deeper healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change. My practice focuses on anxiety, trauma, relationship and attachment issues, emotional overwhelm, burnout, self-esteem, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based and neuroscience-informed approaches with Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and depth-oriented therapy, which explores how unconscious patterns, emotions, and past experiences can shape present struggles and relationships. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic, and I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and able to explore themselves with honesty, curiosity, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I draw from evidence-based and neuroscience-informed approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, and Jungian depth-oriented therapy, which explores how unconscious patterns and past experiences can shape present struggles, relationships, and sense of self. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, relationship and attachment issues, perfectionism, burnout, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier patterns, and a more connected and authentic relationship with themselves.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore themselves openly and honestly. Together, we work toward goals such as reducing anxiety and emotional overwhelm, improving relationships and communication, building self-awareness and self-compassion, healing unresolved emotional wounds, and developing healthier patterns and coping strategies. I also help clients strengthen their sense of identity, emotional resilience, and connection to themselves so they can navigate life with greater clarity, balance, and authenticity.
