Great to meet you!

I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, social fears, or substance use find a path forward with care that feels personal, supportive, and grounded in their goals. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected while we work through what’s been keeping you from feeling like yourself.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I support clients navigating substance use, criminal justice involvement, veterans’ concerns, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, and other mental health challenges. My approach is flexible and individualized because healing is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills and strategies that support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re looking for compassionate, personalized support, I’d be honored to work with you. When you’re ready, I welcome you to reach out and take that first step.
