Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping adults, adolescents, and veterans navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, grief, and self-esteem challenges. I earned my Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education from Mississippi State University. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to grow, I offer compassionate, authentic, evidence-based care to help you build resilience and create meaningful change aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns, then identify practical coping tools that fit your life. I draw from evidence-based interventions while building on your strengths, goals, and values to support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current concerns, and what you hope to accomplish. You’ll have time to ask questions, share what matters most, and decide whether we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan at a pace that feels right for you.
