I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Key West, FL with a broad clinical background, including inpatient crisis stabilization, outpatient care, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).

My approach is warm and supportive. I offer individualized treatment for anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. Visits are via telehealth and are collaborative and patient-centered - we'll talk through symptoms, discuss treatment options, and I'll answer any questions you may have. Visits focus on medication management and brief supportive therapy to improve your well-being so that you function at your best at work, at home, and in your relationships.

In the first visit, we'll discuss what brings you in. We'll review your symptoms, your history, what has or has not helped in the past, and review treatment options. My goal is to create a warm and comfortable space where we make decisions together and decide on next steps to get you feeling better and functioning at your best.
