As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, people come to me for a variety of reasons: They want to develop new approaches to life and relationships, or struggle with substance use or other behaviors. Others are in life transition, coping with anxiety/depression or trauma. Many struggle with relational issues and want to improve communication/conflict. I help you create a more fulfilling life by understanding yourself deeply, building upon your strengths and developing new skills and thinking.

My approach is collaborative and engaging. I try to create a safe, non-judgmental space for your process to unfold. For me, actively joining a client in the exploration, discovery and recovery that takes place in the therapy room is an essential component in building trust and comfort.

One of my core beliefs is that is crucial to meet clients where they are in their process, whether they are coping with ambivalence around relationships or substance use or attachment challenges, and to help them achieve their journey to discover and achieve their personal goals.
