Great to meet you!

I provide psychiatric care in a way that is warm, open-minded, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what is going on, whether you are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, stress, postpartum or maternal mental health concerns, depression, trauma, sleep issues, OCD, eating concerns, or women’s mental health challenges.

I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying a lot. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand what they are experiencing, identify what is getting in the way, and build a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with their goals. I want clients to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I believe the best treatment plan is one that we build together, based on your symptoms, goals, preferences, and comfort level. I value open communication so we can stay aligned on what is working, what is not, and what support will help you move forward.

In my work, I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) when helpful. My style is compassionate and practical, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and equipped with tools they can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share your story, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope to get out of care. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals, and we’ll begin talking through what kind of treatment plan may be the best fit for you.

I aim to create a welcoming environment where you can feel safe being open and vulnerable without judgment. By the end of the first session, my hope is that you feel understood, supported, and clearer on the next steps we can take together.
