Great to meet you!

I believe deeply in the body's innate capacity to heal, and I love helping people reconnect with their own resilience so they can move toward greater well-being. Sometimes we just need the right support to help us get where we want to go!

I enjoy working with adults and young adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you're struggling with depression, low self-confidence, a lack of direction, or navigating a difficult season of life, I offer a supportive space to explore what's getting in the way and move toward meaningful change. I especially enjoy supporting individuals in areas related to existential concerns, such as mortality, meaning, existence and the fear of death.

My approach to therapy

I take a more informal, conversational approach, because I like to think that the best work happens when we let our guard down and feel comfortable enough to say the things we otherwise wouldn't say. I'm very detail-oriented, thorough, compassionate and curious. I'm a depth-oriented therapist which means I won't just give you a few coping skills and send you on your way; I do my best work with clients when we meet for 6-12 months on a weekly basis, so you really have the opportunity to dive deep on what's going on for you.

What you can expect from me

Warmth, sincerity, and a safe space. If you do not see a time that works, please reach out to me via Psychology Today to inquire if I have availability at this time.
