Great to meet you!

I have a deep sense of faith in the body's ability to heal; sometimes we simply need the right supports to help us get there. I am also very committed to creating a safe space where you feel comfortable being your most honest and authentic self, because I believe that meaningful change takes shape when we feel empowered enough to be honest.

Having been personally impacted by cancer and chronic illness, I am able to connect on a deeper level with those navigating these challenges. I also work fluidly with individuals struggling with anxiety related to time, mortality, and deeper existential concerns.

For those experiencing insomnia and nighttime anxiety, I utilize an evidence-based treatment called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

My approach to therapy

There was a great Russian filmmaker who emphasized the need to have humility and curiosity in all things, and these are the core values I bring to my practice. I specialize in a warm, down to earth approach, and I love to bring humor into the room when it's needed. I really love helping adults and young adults in the midst of life transitions navigate through life's challenges, and gain a better sense of confidence in themselves and their capabilities.

What you can expect from me

I offer a steady, sincere presence and thoughtful reflection, offering support that remains consistent through each stage of the process. I hold a deep respect for you as the storyteller of your own becoming, and I am committed to helping create a space where every part of that story can be heard, understood, and honored.
