Great to meet you!

I believe that human beings are capable and strong when they are supported and can learn how to enlist support. I believe that with insight and awareness, individuals can change their thought and behavior patterns while exploring difficult emotions. I have significant experience with individuals, families, couples, and experiential therapy, as well as trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on the whole individual in the context of the systems they find themselves involved in. This focus is on the mind, body, and spiritual aspects of one's experience. I approach my clients with respect and mindfulness, and have the ability to give them thoughtful feedback that encourages them to delve deeper into their intentions and thought patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

I use my experience in mindfulness (yoga, meditation, and reiki) to allow my clients to create body awareness while they are experiencing their emotions and create safe space for them to explore their pain and their joy. I look forward to hearing from you.
