Great to meet you!

I bring nearly a decade of clinical experience across outpatient and program leadership settings. I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded. I believe therapy should feel safe but also purposeful. I will listen carefully and validate your experience, but I will also help you gently challenge patterns that are keeping you stuck. My goal is not just insight — it’s meaningful change. Clients often describe me as down to earth, funny, honest, and practical. I am not overly clinical or full of jargon. I believe in real conversations, collaborative goal setting, and helping you build tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

If you are struggling with addiction, anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, imperfect, and human — while still moving toward growth and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based on meeting the client needs, having real conversations while challenges some of your thoughts and beliefs about yourself. I am honest, open, slightly sarcastic and sometimes funny.

What you can expect from me

A chance to get to know each other. Discussion of goals and expectations for ongoing therapy. My ideal client is one who is open for conversations and not a lot of clinical jargon.
