Great to meet you!

Kristin (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who graduated from the University of San Francisco with a double Master’s in Counseling Psychology and School Counseling. Kristin has been in the field for over 7 years working in a variety of different settings as a mental health provider. Kristin is passionate about helping young adults and adults overcome relationship trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, and depression. Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice and she integrates evidence-based approaches, like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create a personalized experience.

My approach to therapy

Kristin provides a very conversationalist style as well as a warm, non-judgmental, and trusting environment where clients can safely explore the most vulnerable parts of themselves. In this supportive space, Kristin works with clients to unlock their true, authentic selves, shift unhelpful behaviors, and build resilience for life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Kristin’s goal is to ensure her clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in the therapeutic process. She aims to help them build the confidence and tools necessary to navigate life's ups and downs with strength and self-assurance.
