I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I focus on Depression,Trauma and Addiction. I received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University School of Biomedical and Health Sciences. I’ve worked with a diverse individuals in various settings. I have specialized experience helping veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers struggling with depression, substance use, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a multi-modal approach which includes Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
